• Local trailering: Within 100 miles of farm, $10 hookup fee, plus $1 per mile, loaded or unloaded
• Amenities: Eight stall Morton barn on 32 acres.  12 x 12 stalls with interlocking rubber mats and shavings.  Indoor wash stall with hot and cold water, tack room, grooming areas, and half bath.  Training sized arena, regulation size dressage arena, trail, and open fields to ride in.  Grass pastures, fenced and cross-fenced with vinyl and plastic coated high tinsel wire.  Quality hay, Purina feed or the feed of your choice, and well check twice a day.  Clean water and trace mineral salt block offered at all times.  Deworming program included.  Handling for vet and farrier.  Security gates at every entrance.  Very private atmosphere, country setting.  Owner/operator lives on site and has over 25 years experience with horses, 12 of them in a professional environment, 6 of them as the owner and operator of Valley View Stables.
